Ok, Im having major problems with my new webcam. Its attached to my usb port and it works with skype no problem but unfortunately it refuses to work with msn messenger, the message that I keep getting is:
We couldn't start your camera device. Please check that your camera is not currently in use by another program, and then try again.
I have closed down all my other programmes so I can concentrate solely on msn and see if it works then but its not helping at all, I have tried trying to run audio and video setup but it says its unable to do that either, Im at a loss now as to what to do as Ive just moved to a new country and I need to be able to stay in contact with my family.
I have pretty basic knowledge of pcs so if anyone can help, I would be very grateful if it could be step by step instructions and Im not very computer literate!!!!LOL
