Playing Winks The Flash Player Update

HI,
I am using the WLM 2009 (build 14.0.8064.206). When I try to play a wink, it says I need the recent version of Flash Player. I installed it and yet the messenger keeps saying the same. Strange no?
Can anyone please tell me what could be wrong?

Have you got admin rights when installing the flash? :)
